was talking to a couple of lads local to me at the weekend , they claim to have bought two cocker bred pups " best line of black dogs in the country " they say , haven't heard to much of A Cocker myself

Have also heard lads claiming to have pups of him and love hearing their excuses when I ask about the dogs absence of a tattoo in its ear as I think the man tatoos all his pups in one ear

 

Any pup that came out of his yard will have his initials tattooed in its ear,as said a lot claim to have them but only a small few have,bit like the lad with the 9in penis.

Maybe so but without good breeding behind the dogs in the 1st place you wound not have the good dogs to talk about.Any man can put a dog across a bitch and produce a worker or 2 but to do it consistently each time you breed and to keep the same line of dogs goin takes a bit of know how would you not agree.

yes but i would say the working terrier wasnt a product of known 'terriermen' and their lines. but unknown lads who bred worker to worker. well bred bitch to well bred dog gives a high chance of good offspring, even if they are different lines. and i would say a higher percentage of dogs coming out of known terriermen kennels dont make the grade. compared to lads who breed proper worker to worker regardless of lines.

You can put the "best" to the "best" but if the lads that have them don't test them and work them hard, nobody will ever know if the offspring are any good or not.

Sometimes a good prospect will never prove itself because of the owners lack of work for them/commitment/basic fitness/feeding/entering etc etc etc the list goes on.

Terrier work is not and never will be, an exact science IMO

There are many factors that determine how good a terrier can be. Some people don't know any of them, unfortunately.

CAN YOU PLEASE PUT UP UP PHOTOS OF TOP CLASS TERRIERS THAT ARE FROM DIFFERENT LINES THAT YOU HAVE/ OR OTHERS HAVE BRED FROM DIFFERENT LINES .
