It's important to know your history before spouting off, the no history chant from the out of town reds is beyond lol's, the one's up here know it and usually tell gob shites to button it when talking matters Sheik (probably tempered by them being also parrot with the Yanks).

Davies was not local but admittedly a businessman, though he prefered 'philanthropist' and this article skims very lightly over his wealth (he pooled his $'s by marrying one of the Tates of wholesale sugar fame) and what he done for the club with non football related monies, today had he been coffee coloured he'd have been a sheik.

Even more bizarre is before chucking his (Davies) monies into one of the most significant grounds in the country (then) Scum had played at Bank St (the red reck)...300yards from the site of the Etihad stadium...they say not a lots new...even i could'nt argue with that.

I dont know when you have been on here no..... But I know you have been coming on here for at least 6 years and up until very recently id never seen you post about football........now while it seems you will go to any lengths to avoid answering why that is.....even going onto totally irrelevant points about Andy Carroll ..... I feel it perfectly backs up my point about Man Citys new found noise.........

Now you keep ranting on like a dedicated hardcore supporter....I think as you like to say " have been rumbled "

Certain things stick in my mind about certain names.................when a person whos funeral im going to next tuesday gets called " a narrow backed bald c**t "............and a lifelong friend is accused of " conning a professional boxer into permanent brain damage "........i tend to remember that name when it crops up.

But then your good at avoiding questions by changing the subject.......and not just about the footie !.............Rumbled x 2.

But what you don't recall my little cockerney sparrow is whether it's cropped up till recently for the last 4 n half yrs (to make a comment about anything nouveau Citeh and there's certainly been plenty to make). You want to make yourself busy discover whether i;ve been around before 'telling' me where i've bin.

Simple you say (after changing your type)...funny that because just above you were on the 'But i know' stroke with your prose'.

'I seem'...hmm...lets get a couple of things straight Lennie, your pal going dead aint got f**k all to do with a Citeh fan i know about...is that simple enough for ya? Your other pal who wants words needs to have them words with himself and thank you for directing angst his way, cause one things for certain..my opinion aint unique to me.. not matter how much it's attempted to be be squashed/negated.

Here's a paragraph from a professinal writer..

Francis had a hand on Watson's elbow and was having a screaming match with trainer Jimmy Tibbs, who had jumped up into the ring yelling abuse at the referee for stopping the fight early. "He's gone, Jim, and you know he's gone," Francis roared back. We all knew Francis was right;

Put any spin you want on it, you wont make it bonny.

I was at the ground the other week sat in the sun with the dog (he's a big blue-pre adug) watching the replay of the proceedings on the big screen, two japanese tourists loaded with camera's approached me and asked me what this song meant

We are not, we're not really here
We are not, we're not really here
Just like a fan Of the invisible man.....
We are not, we're not really here

after they'd finished thier pigeon english version of it, i thought for a minute ...opened me mouth, then thought no....i've gotta go (non rude)...walking off i seen em pull another herbert obviously asking him the same question, i stalled to watch his reaction, seen him smile after thier duette, shake his head and walk off. Irony...it's a muffa.

Good win for Villa today.. :whistling:

We can hardly talk Malt, jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez :icon_redface:

I know mate, I know.. :(

Few players need to be shown the exit mate.. Think Moyes is going to spend the first part of the season assessing the squad and seeing what's what before deciding to take an axe to a title winning squad. I'm hoping a few players have been playing for their futures.. I'm not too bothered about results at the minute or if we don't win any thing this year.. He's inherited someone else's squad, I just hope he gets a chance to build his own. He was give a 6 year contract to do so but whether he'll get the chance with the fickle nature of football support is another thing..
