Tyla 3,179
You wont go wrong with hultafors, like a mora but about half the price. Paid £3.50 each and bought five at a tool show recently, I wont be short of a blade for a while! Just found them even cheaper http://www.toolfinder.co.uk/hand-tools/craftmans-knife-hvk/?gclid=CO7mvJzj2bkCFYPHtAod7CMAyg Quote Link to post
Ideation 8,216
Agreed. For a folding knife, get an opinel. Quote Link to post
jayjay 264
Agreed. For a folding knife, get an opinel. I've tried a few knives over the years.......,got one of those mora frost knives, but its the one with stainless blade, not carbon steel blade, good knives, and can be thoroughly cleaned hygienically......., always leave that one in the house for meat preparation, but for out in the field, i always seem to go back to my opinels. all the best, jay. Country Joe 1,411
http://jesknives.co.uk/available.html Im a bit of a tackle tart, not cheap, but cracking knifes, I have his moocher knife which I wear the sheaf round my neck, as i would lose it otherwise. Sharpens well, but as they say its your choice, a Stanley Knife does the same job, or an Opinel. 1 Quote Link to post

In the past I have used the Jess knife, a Stanley, and an Opinel, they all do the job. Quote Link to post
