A big difference walking your dog on a footpath to actually lamping on fields etc........ie trespassing. Weve all done it lads some just not as lucky as others to get permission. Get the c**t micro chipt in some c**ts name you can trust and let them say you f****d off wi the dog you found it round your area and took it for a walk lol. Told me what to say in court and what to do. First hearing. Told us to request evidence pack etc. Then we sent him all the paperwork and it was theown out at the second hearing. Insufficient evidence. Clive never charged me a penny for his advice. I sent him a nice bottle of whiskey down after though 4 Quote Link to post

Yeah i could understand the trespassing ,but what does me is the farmers dont own the f***ing bunnys there wild. Game birds yeah they are farmed deer they are too, hare coursing banned. So them three things if you get caught ie video footage you say f**k it they've got mi bang to rites theres f**k all i can do. But rabbiting what the fucks that all about taking ya lamps off ya. Courts will give them a f***ing for not having good growns to charge you if theres no video footage of the dog on the back end of that rabbit theres f**k all they can do. Its the dirty cops that hold ya lamping gear back just to be c**ts. Your just the unlucky one thats been caught because the rest of the lads have tailed um lol.
