if its a not guilty dpp pays lol

The f*****g cps pay the price for charged you and commited it to court the set of b*****ds. Courts will give them a f*****g for not having good growns to charge you if theres no video footage of the dog on the back end of that rabbit theres f**k all they can do. Its the dirty cops that hold ya lamping gear back just to be c**ts. Your just the unlucky one thats been caught because the rest of the lads have tailed um lol. So who ever gets caught is getting the full force of all the others lads that have dusted them in the past before they get there.

simple answer mate dont get caught,if its illegal your up to then you need to up your game to keep in front

I know several landowners who wouldn't get too excited if they spotted a lamp flicking on and off across their land in the middle of the night....but a 4 x 4 trooping about....well, that'd be a differ

I don't think luck comes into it. We went court twice and fought them. Insisting we weren't breaking the law. Prove we weren't? They couldn't.

If I did not have permission to be on the land and saw ANY vehicle coming towards me I would run like fcuk

i never read the first post properly i thought it said they were actually caught on the land

He was on the land 4x4 wi two cranks inside came over field. My pal thought it was just the farmer lol and inside the c**t was two dirty smelly cops in uniform lol. Nowt better to do than f*****g spoil the nights. Ya get off to a good start and then they come and f**k ya night up pricks they are.
did the police have permission to drive the land In 4x4s??? What's that about they are just as bad doing that!!!!! Cops seen me and Gaz walking the land but still not enough evidence to just prove we was on the land!!! To many loop hole in it. Charged us with hunting a wild mammal without game silly c**ts!!!

the thing is people , when caught always say the wrong things to the old bill,............and that is usually there down fall when they later get questioned on tape.......

police can go anywhere to obtain the law...........if access to buildings , they usually need a warrant,.........but if there was a serious incident ., all that will be sorted out after,..........

been there myself but was on permission! although field we lamped was not!! he will get an £80 fixed fine!!

Not if he was walking the dogs he won't.

He will get it thrown out and then claim his costs back off the police, loss of earnings, fuel etc. Then he will go down the cop shop and get his stuff back

See, this is the way I see it....if you're running about a farmer's fields in the middle of the night in a 4 x 4 with no permission...ie, illegally you're a proper A1 100% bona fide f*****g idiot and can't start pissing your frillies when you get a tug...suck it up and deal with the consequences...and stop moaning like a bunch of little girls....

Oh, and if you are reading this and you do fall into the category of 4 x 4 driving, no permission, poaching wet frilly wearing f*****g idiot then take it from me you do the thousands of decent lads and lasses who play the game no good at all....do everyone a favour and start keeping budgies....

Well said. On foot or not at all

We walked for 4 hours last night over some real rough terrain. Constant hills and ditches, ups and downs over rough farmland, one big f**k off circle from the motor back to the motor and we kept a good pace going. My legs were f****d at the end and I was blowing out of my arse but I will be back out tonight. If it's not for you then it's not for you.
