squab 2,875
to finaly say that sentence you thought you would never hear, immediately i know what your thinking and its not that lol. took a drive up to leicester last week and picked up a nice bitch pup from hubbs, came across as a decent lad and the dam was in fine fettle as they say. the pup is dh/grey whip/collie . when i told the missus i was popping out for a few hours, when dogs are concerned she tends to know what that means, she offered to come along for the drive,i gave her a blanket to put on her lap so now she really knows whats going on,preperation on my part the last time she came with me to pick a pup up over ten year ago it repeatedly emptied itself from both ends all over her on the journey home well after meeting hubbs cheers mate i was walking away with the little bich i gingerly handed her to the missus for the journey home and thats when it happened,it looked at her with those blue eyes and it was love at first sight only ever kept them in the kennells so imagine my suprise when we got home and she said"why dont we crate train this one and keep her in the house" i nearly fell over.(thats the sentence by the way lol) so from that first night and ever since she has slept in her crate in the kitchen, all night every night from day one have not heard a peep out of her,got these puppy pad things in there for toilet training and she does wee on them but has never taken a dump in there always out in the garden so thats not to bad and she gets plenty of run around time in the garden with my 2 year old terrier first jabs the other day second in 2 weeks £65 at pets for homes, includes microchip, wormer, flea treatment so didnt think that was to bad considering. size, guessing game we all know but around 26tts will be nice, good coat and good set of feet on the bich and we got it made hopefully. skye cheers Edited September 19, 2013 by hunter1372 9 Quote Link to post

Very clever pups nice pup that, just like yours Gaz , should make good lurchers for most game when older. Alot of lurcher to lurcher bred dogs, deff seem to produce good stuff, your in with a fighting chance of a good pup. Quote Link to post
Country Joe 1,411
Smart looking pup, ive finally managed to persuade mine to accompany me on Ferreting trips, she carries the ferret box and spade. I would describe her as a reluctant Ferreter, cant understand, she always looks like she's not enjoying herself 4 Quote Link to post
