unlacedgecko 1,466
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-30633881.html these are the particulars from when I bought he property in August 2011. A private sale not involving estate agents would help keep costs down for all parties.
P5HEN 168
I have a house there. It will be for sale shortly. 3 bed mid terraced in the picturesque village of Reepham. Comes with large gardens to front and rear, off road parking, timber built garage and a concrete pad of 4m x 5m (approx) which housed my kennels. Land is very fertile and produced large amounts of vegetables.Property requires some work, but would suit enthusiastic couple wanting to put their own mark on it. Included in the sale are a new kitchen, bathroom and shower/toilet (currently being held in B & Q storage). Offers in excess of £90,000. PM me to arrange a viewing. should be in classifieds this pal think youll have to stick it in "miscellanous" section though dont think they have one for houses lol

lurchergrrl 1,441
Any time I've been to the fens, I expect a tumbleweed to roll across the road; it's bleak. I don't like it in Lincs .... flat and boring. And the people talk funny

Plenty of work in Lincolnshire if you have a skill, or even if you don't. In my time there I worked as a tractor driver, dairy farm worker (milking and tractor driving), stockman on a pig unit and as an HGV driver. There is the large gas works and oil refinery at Immingham and various other factory jobs.
