fatmoocher 30
thinking off getting a v mach tuning kit for my old tx 200,it needs a good service and seal replacement,so I might as well go for the whole hog,A silly thing to ask on THL but any opinions.cheers Quote Link to post
AirgunGuy 362
I fitted 1 to my 97k and it transformed it from a decent gun to an excellent gun. Smoothed out a few things also though. The main differences for me was accuracy and consistency which were superb after tuning. Still had a bit of recoil though noticeably less than previously and the twang was transformed to dull thud. Worth the money? Yes...if you're doing it yourself. Would I do it again? Probably not as if I want a smooth, accurate and recoil free rifle then I'd invest in a decent quality PCP ;-) Quote Link to post
davyt63 1,845
Hi Just be very careful, when I fitted mine to my TX, it went up to 13fpe. Make sure you have a chrono handy. Any problems get in touch! Quote Link to post

AirgunGuy 362
Was that without any washers mate? It was yes If memory serves I think I started with 3 washers and ended up with 1 and shooting at approx 11.4 FPE after a couple of thousand pellets. Quote Link to post
