the working dog game throws up some shit dog me -- I`ve seen terriers and lurchers kept in terrible conditions over the years once the police rspca and media get all over it we all get tarred with the same brush .. looking at the state of the dogs the pen--and the fact they`ve plastered themselves on face book they`ve just drawn un wanted attention to themselves ---------------and any decent working dog man via the media ..

Posing with a dead fox doesn't mean you killed it. Even if it had been killed by dogs, provably from the injuries, it still doesn't prove you were responsible:-

 

"We were out walking our dogs when we came across a dead fox so posed with it for a photo..."

 

Try proving beyond reasonable doubt you were responsible. There's absolutely nothing to prove that someone else didn't kill it with dogs and leave it there.

 

Obviously there's a confession involved somewhere.

 

That said, at the risk of being unpopular in this section of the forum, I don't personally approve of flouting the law on hunting with dogs, but nor do I p*ss on another man's sport.

after two dogs flushed too gun (friends/farmers gun etc etc......).....was shot then the dog had a rag of the carcass........

accidents happen and putting it on media websites is just proof of your intent with your dogs, but not the end of a good argument,........against prosecution.......

if fox hounds have accidents then so can any dog ,....but its the intent on what you have to proove ,..too the prosecution,.........or worst court
