One For The Bsa Buffs.

I got hold of an ace air rifle today and wondered if anyone had come across them before?.Its a BSA Shadow Carbine in .177 The barrel in the pic is shorter than pictured as it has a cocking aid on. The actual length of the rifle without cocking aid is exactly 25 inches.

Yeah its a springer with very little recoil if any.Ive found that they were made for one year only in 85,and only in the UK.Rare as rocking horse poo and even more so in .177. Ive had it on the 10m pistol range today and its just as accurate as £400 pcp pistols. :boogy:

Seen that too,it wont stay around long i wouldnt think.Ive had a lot of interest on the airgunbbs site where ive advertised it,but youve got to wade through a few nerds. They just want to talk about what they have, and early serial numbers etc.Theres even a bloke telling me he has all the serial numbers of the shadows sold in the uk and how many went to each shop.
