Easy going dogs with plenty of speed if a little small for anythong bigger than rabbits - although they have the tenacity to box well above their weight. coyote 0 Posted August 30, 2007 Report Share Posted August 30, 2007 ive got 3 ,a bedy x whippet 1st cross standing 20",he 18mnths old,my other is a bitch 1/4 bedy x 3/4 whippet standing 19" at a year old,ive just got another bedy x whippet 1st cross dog pup 14wks old,i also breed 1st cross bedy x greyhounds,as i have a bedy stud dog and i breed greyhounds for a living.i love them they are great ,hearty dogs,good in the house and great with kids,very clever and agile and very fiery when needed,they will tackle anything!!!! both my two eldest are hunting and both are successfull,i have my 1st cross bedy x greys for larger stuff.
