jrobsm1 5
I don't fancy paying 2 ton for a tune might just get a tuning kit and sort it myself Quote Link to post
dhand62362 13
I think SFS also do tuning kits, give them a call Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
You don't have to pay that much mate. Sandwell also do a stage 1 tune which really does change the rifle. I have a stage 1 tune on my HW98 and its just perfect, also a few lads on here have had stage 1 tunes on their 97s and they have shot amazingly. A stage 1 tune is around £, but well worth the money. A tuning kit will still be at the cheapest £45 to 50 quid and I doubt that you will get it like Tony gets his tuned rifles mate unless your very good with air rifles like AndyFR on here. Daz39 962
If you lot want a smooth kick-less rifle, get a PCP!! JOKE JOKE JOKE - I know I'm kicked from the group, I'll get me coat..... Quote Link to post

Daz39 962
I started with a break, then a HW97 then onto the HW100 - when I have the funds and the wife chills out about the guns, I'll go back and pick up a 97 again, but I'm keeping a firm hold on the 100 too, never let that go. 2 Quote Link to post

whistler1 26
The drop in tuning kits do make a difference, think i have tryed them all lol.Thair is a difference between a SFS stage 2 tune. My 97 is as accurate as my xtx tuned ultra.Never thought i would say that about a springer.5 yrs with a pcp, until a couple of months ago, when i got my 97.It twanged and kicked, was a little disapointed to say the least. It is hard to beleave this is the same gun.Dont need a pcp anymore. No more leaks and dive cylinder filling for me 2 Quote Link to post
