lamper mike 9 Posted August 29, 2007 Report Share Posted August 29, 2007 MY PUP TARKA IS NOW 11 1/2 MONTH OLD SHES HAD A COUPLE OF RABBITS IN THE DAY AND HAS COME ON WELL... TONIGHT I PUT THE LAMP OVER A FIELD CLOSE TO ME AND SPOTTED TWO RABBITS SITTING A BIT FURTHER OUT THAN THEY USUALLY DO.....SOMETHING CLICKED AND I THOUGHT THIS IS IT... I WALKED THE RABBITS UP WITH THE PUP ON SLIP AND RED FILTER ON THE LAMP...SHE DID NT SEE THEM AT FIRST BUT WHEN ONE DECIDED TO MOVE SLIGHTLY SHE WAS LOCKED ON...ONE MADE A RUN FOR IT AND I LET IT GO THEN THE OTHER SQUATTED I COULD'NT OF ASKED FOR A BETTER RABBIT...I WALKED CLOSER AND THE RABBIT DECIDED ENOUGH IS ENOUGH AND BOLTED THE PUP WAS ON IT IN A FLASH A FEW TURNS THEN STRIKE SHE CAUGHT IT...I COULD NT BELIEVE IT I WAS SHAKING WATCHING HER COURSE IT AND WAS WITH HER EVERY MOVE...HOPEFULLY THIS WILL BE THE FIRST OF MANY FOR HER AND CANT WAIT TO HOW SHE TURNS OUT....
