Rabbiting man 1,191
What so funny about that then ? Quote Link to post
Hot Meat 3,109
Why haven't they any respect? Because of the size difference? What about when a deerhound crosses a grey? Or a grey crosses a beddy? Even a whippet and a terrier? Sounds as tho you are commenting on summat you know nowt about.... Dogs don't need to be the same size to breed with each other, and if one is bigger than the other then it surely don't mean the owners have no respect lol 4 Quote Link to post
whippet 99 2,613
What do you think. http://www.pets4homes.co.uk/classifieds/404695-jack-russell-x-3-4-whippet-1-4-collie-pups-lichfield.html I personally would have a specific job in mind for this type of lurcher,..........and through thought I came too the conclusion that this make up of blood would not suit my needs, although the next mans needs may be suited better........also I can see a lurcher of different ingredients doing the same job as these and a lot more so I would have my preferences.......... Dogs don't need to be the same size to breed with each other, and if one is bigger than the other then it surely don't mean the owners have no respect lol Lol There's not much size difference between a Deerhound & a Greyhound but Beddy/Greyhound x it more & likely Beddy is the sire, more & likely the same with the Beddy/Whippet. Russell that's a size from 10 to 14 inches tall then put a 22 inch tall dog over her that a big size difference in my books. If I was going breed this way I would rather use a Russell dog over a Whippet bitch It's like saying you put Bulldog dog over a chihuahua bitch thinking there be no problems with the Chihuahua bitch, it's something I couldn't do, I couldn't put a 32 inch tall Deerhound over my 20 inch tall lurcher bitch & the same with my Russell bitch I got to much respect for my bitches. I have no problems with people breeding their typs of lurcher. Me & you look at things in a different way. Quote Link to post

Deerhound over greyhound or 22" lurcher over a Russell? Quote Link to post

Hot Meat 3,109
A birch determines the size of her whelps, it's only dogs with exaggerated heads that cause problems to a birch giving birth.... the pups will make up there size after they are born, but then again 5 mins in the game I'm sure you'd have known that lol Quote Link to post
