Been A Fool

Recommended Posts

Evening everyone I've managed to get two snap caps stuck in the magazine tube of my hatsan escort. Any ideas of how to get them out? I've had a right fiddle with a knife and tryed firing a live cartridge to see if it will cycle it then but no luck.

Any advice would be really great I'm going to ring Edgar brothers tomorrow

can you not just strip it and remove the tube then knock them through with a brush handle or something or push them out through the top

On the Hatsan you can strip the gun right down and on the forward end of the magazine tube there's a clip which can be pinched and removed.

Take that out and the spring which should bring with it the magazine plug (remember to put this back in).

You can then use a cleaning rod to push from the breech end.

Hope that helps
