Getting stuck in thick cover & not being able to get out!! Rolling down hills cos there legs were so short!!! If you've already got hounds then they will leave these behind!! sambo123 593 Posted September 10, 2013 Report Share Posted September 10, 2013 Fair enough their short legs do limit them when climbing over things and jumping but I don't understand what you mean about them getting stuck in cover, if anything their low set and short legs is an advantage in thick cover because they can get places a bigger dog couldn't.
