Jarvis 277
I have made my own carrier. i find when them carriers are full holding 12 - 15 rabbits it really digs into your shoulder so I've made one with a wide strap. I would upload a picture if I knew how to... :/ Edited September 10, 2013 by Jarvis Quote Link to post

Cheers jamie m if it works so easy to make, I paid £2.50 for 50ft of paracord and the strap if from an old bag. plus it's more enjoyable using something you have made!!! http://s820.photobucket.com/user/Ferret022/media/IMG_07111_zpsed2bbb1b.jpg.html This is one i made for my dad, he wanted as posh leather one for when he's picking up! just an bit cut off an old horse bridle. http://s820.photobucket.com/user/Ferret022/media/IMG_07131_zps3249127c.jpg.html 2 Quote Link to post
TOMO 26,176
Jarvis if I was you I would shorten the bits of string,,, as the rabbits feet are going to be half way down your front and back,, carrying numbers of rabbits is easier , if there higher on your shoulders. The string only needs to be long enough to make loop to go over the rabbits hock. Other than that the look just the job 1 Quote Link to post
Jarvis 277
Cheers TOMO, I had thought that, so I used straps which are adjustable so I can alter them to whatever length is most comfortable. 1 Quote Link to post

At the mo I just thread rabbits on a length of webbing tie it and carry it on my shoulder. Quote Link to post

B.P.R 2,798
They will all do the trick ... The ones i make have one continuous loop of cord through...works out around 14/15 feet of cord...per carrier..... which is Great in an emergency..... Even towed a lanny with 2 lengths the other day Made this for lab...early on in the year... With 'fancy pheasant carrying' in mind ... 1 Quote Link to post

I personally do think mine are the best... or i wouldnt sell them...and have faith in them... Theyre bright...so you dont lose them....hold most small game....not just rabbits... Wont rot...or weather.... Fold up into your pocket... If they get manky... just hand wash them.... or jetwash.... And in an emergency... youve got 15ft of cord to use.... Cheers lads ...
