JDE 0
Take care on the filters, I have a LEDLenza P7 - mounts no probs, has push botton and pressure botton to mount onto the stock. The LED is white and will shine 200+ meters with frech batteries. The filter kit is under £10 and has 4 colours, red, blue, green and yellow. Sadly they all reduce the beam to some degree. Yellow will still shine out to 150m+, Green to 100m+, Blue to 50m+ the red sucks, you can hardly see your feet. If you have time, go on ebay, get teh ULTRAFIRE RED LED, B501W or something, you can get one for £7-£8, you'll need to order teh 18650 batteries and charger too, plus a mount, but you can get all of it for under £30. BUT - it is from china and it will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. I've seen a couple of the lads on here with them and borrowed one too, great red light out to -100m easy. Hi mate the torch does not come with any filters, instead it is fitted with a red bulb so that the beam will go further ATB Jack Quote Link to post
JDE 0
Hi people and thanks for all the replies and advice So my deeben tracer led ray 100 red came today via FedEx, i chose this light because for about £65 all in it looked like my best option as i dont nedd a 200 meter beam (the fields I hunt around are fairly small) My first impressions of the torch are as follow: This gun light has a solid aluminium body with good quality parts, it is well packed and comes with everything you need to go straight out hunting. Upon further inspection the mount that is used to attach the torch to the scope is very easy to use and very effective. With regards to the red beam I tested it in total darkness, this gun light is incredibly effective with the red beam almost being to bright at 20 yards (although I haven't tested it lamping rabbits) with a solid beam that would allow you to spot and shoot a rabbit at 70+ yards. All in all I'm very very impressed with the torch for its size and power, I highly recommend it if you want a small compact and lightweight solution without compromising on performance. This light is perfect for a sub 12 ft lbs air rifle. ATB Jack Quote Link to post

Daz39 962
Order one from China, for £7 it is worth the experiment... (you will need batteries on top) Or ask Bigmac/Vislauk, they have had them for ages. Quote Link to post

Guest scramble
id like to see these torches at 100yrds with the red bulb one of the lads got a nm and that's not too bad out to 100 a standard 501b with a red drop in LED and cheap aspheric lense will cope with 100 yards with ease. throw in an oslon red, decent feflector and a good aspheric and you'll piss all over any over your poxy DEBEN CLULITE types of the same size 1 Quote Link to post
