New Pro Attract Pigeon Decoy's

Hello,

 

Just recieved my new pigeon decoy's. I have not tested them yet but they look quite nice!

They are on a stick which lets them turn in the wind. Also they are very light and look quite strong to me.

 

The pictures are a little bit overlightend (not sure if its the right word) In house they looked a bit to dark to me but outside they look very good.

Used them this afternoon.

There are not much pigeons here but we shot 10.

The best part: They came in great! All 10 would sit next to the decoy's so that a huge improvement since i could not get them to good decoying this year with the flocked decoys.

 

Im very happy with them. They look great, From a distance you could not say if they were decoy's or real pigeons.

Only the movement was a bit disappointing. They move a little bit but not as much as i would like. But again they do the job!

Use a lighter spring on the peg if they are spring pegs, maybe able to adjust them by twisting the peg sections further apart or stretch the spring slightly, failing that decoy dippas for artificial aid .

FUDs are much the same but with half a battleship of steel as a peg, no movement, peg is virtualy useless in hard ground, cut all mine off and adapted spring pegs for use with dippas and made thin wire bouncer pegs that the FUDS swing with the wind and bounce a little.

No steel peg on them = a much lighter decoy

Hello, they have a spring that lets them turn on the wind. So no spring. I think these are better than the FUD decoys and indeed very light!

They do look good , all heads down as feeding.

Not seen or handled any for real yet.

The heads on FUD's can be altered for heads up/heads down which I like , not sure about the rivets in them but they seem to stay on.

Mine do work well with a few dippas operating them, will have to get some of the pros and try them .
