Having trouble shifting this now. Like a bad banana. I keep dropping the price. But not having much luck. Its advetised on gunstar for £170.

Rifle and sound mod only. Cz brno mod2. Am I asking too much? If so whats the going rate?

It will be worth what your asking pal if I had my FAC I would buy it today, it's just one of those things I've just sold a daystate airwolf which are over a grand to buy and I couldn't sell it for toffee in the end I lost £250 on it but my advice is if it doesn't sell just wait if you can, try putting it on gun watch and it will also go on pigeon watch it costs nothing to put on

I would think the price is too high considering you are only selling the rifle and moderator.

I was offered the same model about 4 weeks ago with scope, mounts, moderator and sling for £50 and it was all in very good condition.

I looked at the time and found them listed at dealers from about £100 again with scope and mod.

In my area some FEO's are refusing to grant first timers a .22 as they say the risk of ricochet is too high but will grant them a .17HMR.

They are also telling applicants the .17HMR is good for fox but will not allow fox on a .22.

In my view neither of them is suitable for fox unless in a wire or trap but that is another story.

The effect is the .22 is more difficult to sell.

Thanks for the input gents. Im not looking to have it as one of thosr guns that sits in the cabinet gathering dust so I will keep adjusting the price until it goes.

 

As for the fox shooting with a .22, this is a debate had by many. As long as your license states vermin then you can shoot fox with any calibre rimfire as fox are classed as verming. Ive had several fox with the particular rifle as its nore down to shot placement than calibre. But this debate could be thrown around and and go on for a long long time.

 

Fingers crossed I find that sweet selling spot soon.

Sorry but in the eyes of the law fox is not considered vermin and may not be shot with a rifle which has only been granted for vermin shooting.

You can always check with your Firearms Licensing Department if you want to be certain.

pitty yor so far away as i like to see and try before i buy just in my price range as well . as said tho ive seen couple wi mod sling and scope for 160 ish good luck.

Im thinking of throwing the pod back on as not sure I will be using this on new setup. So it would be rifle, mod, sling and any rounds left. Ive dropped the price to 150 on gunstar. Scope is still currently attached but will be removed before it sells. So it can at least be tested on my permission near my house.
