Hi all as anyone else used Rabbit Net And Accessories for ordering twine rings ect with any problems with orders coming on time. I ordered x 4, 4 inch display ring & 30 grommets on the 27/08/13 of last month, it's now the 02/09/13 & they still not come. I've phoned no answer sent emails with no reply. As anyone else had this problem with them.

Allowing them to come second class thats no time at all unless you asked for first class recorded delivery ?>

First class delivery I ask for. It could be me been impatient.

They live in Caithness and I believe the royal mail only comes twice a week. I am sure I read that on another thread on here.

Dont know how big Caithness is but anit that where Brain Brinded lives is it anything to do with him ?

They say on their Postage and conditions of sale. Small or light items are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery and usually arrive within 2-4 business days.

Large and heavy items are sent with Parcle Force trackable signed delivery and are usually delivered within 3 days.

We have tried many diffrent courriers and found Royal mail and parcle force to be the most reliable. My stuff should of come yesterday so I phoned at 16:00pm they said they call be back in an hour which they didn't, so I tried phoned them back with no answer. Today no delivery. tried phoning no answer. all I want to know is where is my order is so I where I stand. I ordered off Agouti two days after I ordered off these that stuff came yesterday.

I had a right job with them and so did another lad on here who gave up. It took about six weeks in total, after phoning them about ten times just to be fobbed off

I phoned paypal and within two days my stuff was on the door step

I gave him a ring on a few occasions trying to buy some netting. Ring you back later was a common reply, still ringing me. Waste of time, I wont be ringing again.
