How old is the light brindle ?? Nice bit of muscle on the front ! I know a bitch that is 6 she is getting better by the season pal she only looks 3

hes 6 on dec 22nd he is nowhere near fit at the minute. trust me they go over the edge at 6 as far as pure speed goes but experience balances it out for a couple of years. then age does start to show, the old dog will still put a shift in but hes a shadow of his former self but then again that happens to us all

mine destroy footballs,tennis balls etc. hence that solid rubber thing cracking way of improving fitness each throw is like a slip on the lamp, 20 or 30 two or three times a day whilst waiting for the crops/grass to be cropped does start to get them in shape.

My old dog started to slow down at 8 but was that good at his job he still caught more than younger dogs when he was 11. I have a dog here that Will be 6 next year and I doubt he will be slowing down lol he looks well hardly no grey on him at all. I think some dogs age quicker than others imo my mate had a bull grehound whippet type bitch buy time she was 2 she looked 15 and run like she was that old to. Your dogs look well paulus hope you have a good season pal.

My older dog would retrieve everything i threw for him including rabbits ,c**t wouldn,t bring back one he,s caught though..

Its not ideal by any means but the days of getting pissed off about it are long gone..He catches a lot more than he misses,thats what matters
