Keep them( solo ) in there own kennel run, better that than come down 1 day to a dead whippet. 1 Quote Link to post

If I had a bitch would need to seperate come season time so may as well stick with idea of male and build extra kennel. First thought could a Whippet cope with sub zero temp's kennelled alone. Cheer's, Phil. There will be types bred.... that would be fine in the cold.... But most do suffer .... Nothing stopping you putting a coat on them in the colder weather.... no prizes for a cold dog!... Quote Link to post
