If you are after traditional well presented food in a restaurant, youd do well to look at a british hotel. I done my c&g's (distinction ;) ) in catering and most of used who were into it were working in hotels. Might sometimes give the grub a french name but its same gravy different name.

One things for sure, you wont be eating cheaply by shopping at supermarkets like Sainsburys or any of the rest of them.......don't blame him for taking the coin off them but if your gonna talk the tal

Personally I like all types of food and have a go at cooking it all.. Thai, Indian, Chinese, Italian plus good old British grub.... Your as well to get nice fresh ingredients and cook what you want...

 

Well I'm off up Dartmoir to find a pub that does a nice Sunday roast...

 

Foreign labour... I've worked along side some real hard grafting poles their work ethic can not be knocked IMO... But I only employ British lads, it just sits better with me...
