04fox8 168
So what could be an example of why someone would implement an endorsement? eg:- If the pup was born deaf? Is that the kind of thing? Excuse my ignorance, just curios.

Excuse my ignorance, just curios. Most times to stop you breeding and competing with them in the puppy sales. Some breeders will lift endorsements after the buyer of the pup has met certain criteria, IE, you have any health checks relevant to the breed carried out, eyes, hips etc and the dog is a certain age before being bred from.

If your mate did sign a contract, even without being told about an endorsement, the KC will uphold it and go with the seller.
