Its_grim_up_norf 577 Posted September 17, 2013 Report Share Posted September 17, 2013 was gonna get lowas but my mate (was in the army) said hed had both lowas and altbergs and prefered the altbergs, for comfort as well as not being too heavy...add a bit of mud to an already heavy boot and he said thy can be a chore to lug about over fences etc. any truth to this lads? i think altbergs will be my boot of choice, cant be shelling out 200 quid plus on gtx/hunter/super/mountain/bear killer extremes. How many pairs have you had !!!! Just ordered Altberg motorbike boots. Good reviews so hopefully they are as good as folk say. They will last you for years, good kit.
