prefer lamping on my own these days I find the dog works better and I can work him without the slip,i used to lamp with mates but found it messes the dogs retrieving up with other dogs there.so just me and the dog now which suits me fine

I prefer to go Lamping with half a dozen lads,preferably all 18st...that way if it comes on top I'm away in front and they will get caught or stand their ground and face the music...fisticuffs so to speak :-)

this is why all lampers should hav a fat mate with a gimmpy leg so when plod or the antis come you can run of and hide in a bush and leave him.
