H&J Yeh i did make them myself, a shaped net is made by starting of with fewer loops on the ring, where they arent needed, then adding meshes to the desired size in the middle of the net, where they are most important... It allows you to make wider or longer nets, but without wasting materials.... Link to post Share on other sites

paulus 26 Posted August 30, 2007 Report Share Posted August 30, 2007 mine are wider than that in the middle.... yes but it depends on the size of mesh you are making them in. i.e 2 inch mesh would be 30 inch across the middle on 9/15/9 or just under 36 inch if you use 2 3/8inch mesh if stretched out.
