Lets say you start to incubate tomorrow then they should hatch 24 - 25 days , that takes you to the 14 - 15 sept then you start shooting 19 - 20 weeks , i reckon you could start to shoot them the last week in January !!!! Like Burnie said you are too late . Get some poults in , if you are on a budget ask your local game farmer if he has any birds that he has kept back to bring on a bit . Sometimes when they send birds out , they have small or runty birds which are poorly feathered which they dont send out to customers , they put them in a seperate pen and bring em on a bit , You can sometimes pick these up at a bargain price ! But as with anything in life you get what you pay for and it maybe a false economy !!! I would sooner put down 100 good quality birds to 200 of these lesser birds !!! Good luck
