had a pair of scarpa hiking boots lasted 4 seasons on the shovel-then harkilla gtx stalkers-didnt get 3m out of the before they leaked this season a pair of larksen boots from litts-had a couple of easy ones and they seem ok-soon see when the season starts up tidy atb

Muck boots comfy as feck for lamping etc not to good at resisting a full smack from a graft or sharp spade

Gotta be wearing boots for digging meindl or diotto they are italian made but a good strong boot. Digging irons aave your boots a lot aswell.

i have a pair Dev, warm, dry & comfortable but there is NO grip on wet days.

when i'd had them a while i rang up the seller and asked which was best Haix boot, Montana or K2? he said Montana blah blah (more expensive)

i then told him about the grip and he admitted theyd had complaints from others!!

i bought the K2 and fing them great, a shorter boot but great grip and still dry etc.

i dont do stacks of digging mind

anyone try the meindl taiga gtx i have had the dovre gtx for 4 seasons now used for digging only and still going strong only prob the sponge bit between the two soles is fooked having looked at the taiga they look to have a solid sole which would cure the prob would like to hear some views
