So When Man.U Matched What City Offered Rooney How Was That ??Frank, if arsenal were winning trophies or at least challenging for them RvP would probably still be at Arsenal along with the likes of Nasri and Clichy.. Even if it was about money, then maybe Arsenal should start paying their main men the same amount of money they could get elsewhere..

Dont Forget They Rivalled Rooneys Offer From City ! City never bid for Rooney, his agent ponced a wage hike off our strength, utd 'matched' Citys wage proposal with van the man, he went red after Fergie had a chat with him, personally i think he was always going there after first agreeing to Citys wage structure 6 month previous (to Viera on a purposeful visit to M/c and well before the press had a sniff of what was about to go down), knowing his history with City fans it suggests he forced UTD into a corner he was happy to be in. Could'nt agree more Malt, All three of them have a large common denominator besides thier recent wage hikes....they all now own a premier league medal (all to a man within 24 months of moving)

Malt Said "Arsenal Should Pay There Main Men More Money That Theyd Get Else Where" . . Which Malt Is Right Arsenal Dont Pay What The Likes Off City , United , Chelsea & Barcelona Do So There's The Clue . . I Believe Yes They Want To Win Trophies But Before They "Kiss The Badge" & Talk About Winning Things They've Just Signed A Contract Giving Them More Money Than Where They Just Signed From Otherwise They Wouldnt Be There . . And Im Not Knocking Them As Its There Future There Securing , Just Dont Get All This "Ive Always Wanted To Play For This Club" . When Claude Makelele Left Real Madrid For Chelsea He Was Quoted As Saying "I Didnt Want To Leave But The Money On Offer Was Too Good To Refuse" Thats Leaving 1 Of The Biggest Clubs In The World !!
