Learnt to shoot the Lee enfield 303 when i was 12 yrs old, Loved the Kick of the Old boy,

But Preferred the SLR as My all time Powder burner just loved that Beasty.

That's because it's that long you can poke your target with it.. Even longer with the bayonet fitted! It was a bit before my time but I've shot it at bisley, and I like it.
