General lee 979
Just sitting having a quick flick throu thl and a RSPCA van drives in and tells me he has had a complaint that my dogs are never walked and arent fed I was about to tell him to f**k off when he is out of the van and on his way over to the kennel but I held my temper and showed him the dogs and politely asked who had made the complaint but he wouldn't tell me he just looked embarresd that he was on a wild goose chase and quickly left what a prick just straight on to private property and starts wandering around

The one 8,493
Should of asked for his number and who said you could enter private land ?
neems 2,406
Don't let them in mate. They don't care about animals they're just looking for anything that a court may convict you for so they can make money out of you. Don't lose your temper just politely tell them that they are trespassing g on private and ask them to leave, ignore whatever they say and if they do t leave straight away threaten to call the police. Film it if you can.

Pedwar 320
Why did you let him enter your property, the sooner they realise they cant walk onto someones private property the better, you just letting him on just reinforces the way they treat others, should have told him to fcuk off
marshman 7,758
The old " we've had a complaint" but won't say who's complained is just an excuse to get in and have a nose about your yard. I know if you've got nothing to hide it doesn't seem a bad idea to show them about but, like others have said you should've jogged them on !
RubyTex 1,957
Under the freedom of information act shouldn't they have to give you the name of the person who reported you? suppose if it was anonymous then there's nothing they can do but if they know they should share that information... General lee 979
By the time I got outside he van was inside my gate and when he realised he had the right person he was out the van on he's way to the kennel takes the piss but I have nothing to hide so it was quicker to let him look at the dog from 10 feet away and he was gone I know who complained they have a personal vendetta this is the last thing from a list of things they have done
gosling1960 191
My understanding is that the RSPCA have no legal right of entry to property - no more legal right than any ordinary citizen. They are trespassing if you have asked them to leave. If they have the police with them, that is a different matter. The police are the ones who have the right to enter and the right to seize an animal.
forest of dean redneck 11,686
I would still told him to jog on,what would you done if you found a high street tin rattler stood in your yard looking at your dogs? They are a fecking charity not the law.

But kicking them off your property, filming it and puttin it on youtube would be bad for them, which is good for everyone else.
