Just wanted to no the law in keeping dogs out side is as my fxckying neighbour keeps coming round moaning that the dogs are out the. Back they have a big dog house to live in food and water all the time and are walked every day?i want to tel her where to go but would like to no the law so I can throw it in her face

what is the neighbour complaining about specifically? is it just because she thinks its cruel to keep dogs outside or is there some specific issue such as noise, waste, smell or whatever?

I think she just thinks it cruel to keep them out side there is no noise and its cleaned morning and night

as long as the kennels are kept clean and the dogs are not barking all day and night. fresh water and food. there really is nothing she can do about it she will give up mate
