What Rights Do I Have

Just wanted to no the law in keeping dogs out side is as my fxckying neighbour keeps coming round moaning that the dogs are out the. Back they have a big dog house to live in food and water all the time and are walked every day?i want to tel her where to go but would like to no the law so I can throw it in her face

If they are housed,fed,watered and exercised correctly you will have nothing to worry about,if they are noisy barking baskets,you will have that to rectify to your neighbours satisfaction,or could face a tad of bother.

If they have suitable shelter and they are clean and in good health with access to clean drinking water then tell her to get f****d.

 

Even if they are noisy dogs then its difficult for them to do anything about it if its a privately rented or privately owned property.

not so mate, got a mate who keeps terriers, owns his own house, a few years ago he was in court twice and cost him the best part of 9k in total :yes:

sounds like my neighbour i just called her in a give her one. best thing i ever done she out walking it morning an night

sounds like my neighbour i just called her in a give her one. best thing i ever done she out walking it morning an night

 

I did the same with my neighbour , it stopped him complaining .

We had a horrible noisy dog next door to us at the old house. Barking all day and night. Council didn't want to know. They said if we kept a diary and included recordings for 6-8 weeks they would look into it.

I would have got rid of the dogs quicker LOL

 

its a long story mate. the man from the environmental health was walking around the side of his house whilst he was at work, causing the dogs to bark measuring the noise, so he built a garage there :laugh:
