Even if they are noisy dogs then its difficult for them to do anything about it if its a privately rented or privately owned property.o mate not so mate, got a mate who keeps terriers, owns his own house, a few years ago he was in court twice and cost him the best part of 9k in total Quote Link to post

What was that for? We had a horrible noisy dog next door to us at the old house. Barking all day and night. Council didn't want to know.
