The hawk was back out again tonight and then the rain came down,the rain dose not bother me but that hawk pisses me off nothing around and i had for got my lamps so i blanked tonight o well there is all ways Saturday as that is when im taking little hunter now atvbmac :thumbs:

Yeah my lad thought it looked ace, even the wife and 14 year old daughter were like "wow, that's soooo coooooool" - All packed up, York here we come, I'd love to take the HW100 with me haha.

Good to see you've got the enthusiasm going for you Daz mate. Mac and Vizlauk will keep you fired up alright and you look as though you are really enjoying the experiences. Hopefully one day we'll have the pleasure of your company with us at one of the meet-ups at Old Down pursuits shooting ground or some place where a THL weekend meet will be happening.. In the meantime, don't give up trying to get that all-important first permission and keep us posted how you are getting on.

Hi Simon, sounds great, I'll keep in the loop with Mac. Ponte is close to my old stamping ground. I grew up in Kippax, Leeds, and my brother lived in Ponte with his mrs for 10 years or so (just moved to Whitwood near where the old college was).

 

As for enthusiasm, bags of it, and hanging out with those two reprobates only gives you more! I was away in York all weekend, and drving through the Vale of York, all the woodland and fields, all I could think of was "I'd love a permission round here"....

 

THanks for the positive comments, and the encouragement. It's great to know this isn't a closed shop when it comes to welcoming new comers.
