Do you know there's a million different things to try,I find just be mindfull of what I am doing as in nowt daft, and dont give in, got to keep an eye on the weight,and only take the pain killers when I truely need them,thanks for the suggestion mate, Quote Link to post

They're not comfortable though but its a case of no pain, no gain. Chiro works best for me. The racks just an in between thing for it stiffens. Quote Link to post
