Addz131 7
Brought a scope on eBay a second hand long range target scope and when it was deliverd had a quick look over it and then mounted it on to my rifle , at first Look down it i thought I had mounted it on the piss but but a quick second check confirmed it was sitting perfect then as I looked down again to my dis belief the cross hair was more of an x hair I could not believe that the seller had sent it in this condition and maybe it had been damaged in transit of course I contacted him straight away anyway after a few email were exchanged I set it back hoping for him to get it fixed and send it back to me. On Monday I recieved an email from the seller telling me that yes it was broken but that I had tampered with it and it had fresh tool marks on it ,I don't even no if there is a tool to open scopes ? However he was sure I had tried to repair it my self ,i explained to him i didnt have the tools or the knowladge to do such a job and why would I bother when I could just send it back. Again emails were exchanged and a case has been opened and is on going. I no this story is a bit long winded but I still can't get over it has anyone els ever had such a drama like this before if so how did it end ?.

Addz131 7
Its not so much that it was broken its the fact he claims there are frest tool marks on it that pissed me off ! It's a strait faced lie I get in trouble at work a lot because of my truthful honest opinions (in the military they dont always go down to well) so when my honesty was in question it really rattled my cage some of his emails also got quite personal as well I've opened a case and complained so he's got until the 19th of this month to give me a refund or eBay will grip him he could save himself a lot of Agro if he just accepted what has happened and give me my bloody money back.
