agrred pal.......i see some of his collers on the wrong type of dog...over the top....2ich...on say a dog what needs a half inch lol...but ss can cater for your dogs neck size and make all sorts of sizes to fit the dog you own...from terries,to whipits and to the big bull xs...

Tb25 I want a tradional leather collar! Now please don't fill this topic about ss gear as im not asking about ss nylon collars, other people deserve to sell there gear like black dog as I'm sure ss appreciates.

Astanly I like my leather collars pal I tried to get some at peover the other day but couldn't find what i wanted, i like the look of these and it would be good to hear back of any happy costomers of his. Good traditional leather collars with brass fittings are hard to find mate.

the collar on my old bitch on the right is from BDT and about ten years old.....still as good a the day i brought it...............the one on my bull cross was on her few years back when she was a pup but tbh it wasnt the same quality as the older one.......shit leather, the brass fittings fell off and the red lining used to run in the rain turning her chest pink............ :censored:

Iam a bit of a traditionalist myself , and prefer leather but fek knows why because the nylon ones are harder wearing and longer lasting , That link does look interesting are Harris and Watson still going ? some of their stuff was like works of art .

Before I met Aaron I used to use either Black Dog or Glynn for my collars, both produce ok leather gear thats reasonably priced.

Harris & Watson are still going Alex, there was a link up on here a while back. ;)

Baz, just as a matter of interest, have you seen the SS lurcher collars? The brown or black with brass fittings are cracking kit, very light weight and made for any size of dog. I've got one on my mutt, forget its there most of the time and looks and is performing as good as when I got it over a year ago. They are well worth a look.
