Anyone tried this? What patterns worked for you?

I regularly foul hook them in a hole on our streach of the Wye when targeting salmon. Really fancy targeting them, any advice appreciated.

Try tying on a small jig head hook - a depth charge version of a Czech nymph to get ino those holes.
