mark williams 7,561
Mate that was a decision you`ll "never regret" the accuracy will blow you over.I too have the HW 100 kt in 177 cal. I`ve just walked in from some lay and wait shooting and only got one shot at a wood pigeon at approx.` 40 yds , it is in my freezer with a headshot.I have reached a point with the HW 100 kt that if I miss I am disappointed in myself, that is how good these rifles are. I also have shotguns but I find I`m always reaching for the HW 100 kt . atb 1 Quote Link to post

mark williams 7,561
Well that pigeon breast crown is now in the slow cooker alongside a joint of beef and not the freezer. The crown was still warm when placed it in the slow cooker, now that's fresh, only dead an hour ! atb 1 Quote Link to post

Daz39 962
Great choice - BUT....how much you paying? When I picked mine up, they wanted about £780, Bagnalls wants £720.... did you shop around? (I picked up the HW100T mind, not sure if it made any difference). Quote Link to post

I've got it for £715 cheapest I could find, and dose any one think I should stay away from the stock with wood knots in ? 1 Quote Link to post

Daz39 962
TOP price! As for the knots.. I would ASSUME that if there would be possible trouble with the knots, they wouldn't use that wood to make the stock - Weihrauch would just be asking for returns and lost cash. I will certainly look nicer than my rather boring grain! BUT, I am a newbie, lets the big lads confirm. Quote Link to post
