Andy_c 210 Posted August 8, 2013 Report Share Posted August 8, 2013 Ive been lucky enough to buy what seems to be a knoookered pump managed to get the pressure up to 100 bar but it wouldn't go any further bearing in my mind I lost about 2 stone during this process can anyone tell me who makes these I've tried hills for a seal kit no luck and my search on google hasn't shaken any tree can anyone on here repair the thing or shall I take it to work and put it in the press ??? is there anymore 'o' rings in the base I cant strip it any more I take it the silver part needs stilsons to remove it Quote Link to post

When I've emptioed the AC on my baby, I pull back the bolt for a while Thenit's fill as normal.. I'm too intoxicated to aswer further, ut I'll o better tomrrow! Quote Link to post

To remove the fitting cut a piece of leather from an old belt grip the leather around the fitting with mole grips that have a curved jaw. stillsons will probably distort the fitting as the jaws are flat Quote Link to post

slave 33 Posted August 15, 2013 Report Share Posted August 15, 2013 It could be a couple of things Is the check valve sticking? did you regrease the pump and has it overheated most manufacturers recommend 5 minutes of pumping and then 15 minutes to cool Quote Link to post
