Country Joe 1,411
What reason did they have to visit? Quote Link to post
dimmock20 278
Think there's a big chunk of this story missing, for obvious reasons may not be suitable for the Internet but I carnt see how they can just come take the dogs and put them to sleep with no explanation or f**k all 2 Quote Link to post
jock meikle 2
somebody reported her for having thin dogs joe they put her 2 bulls down and the other 2 she doesn't know where or what has happened to them, theres not much else to it dimmock the 2 they put down were young dogs so they could have even rehomed them instead of that 1 Quote Link to post
Mixed Bag 603
pitbull types maybe? they seem to be able to do whatever they like if they reckon a bull terriers of "type" Quote Link to post
lurcher2020 285
Even whith a warrent you can still deny them accsess and only let the police in 1 Quote Link to post
Rake aboot 4,936
They would have to be NAMED on a warrant to enter, issued to the police, but as they are civilians they are not named on warrants, so in effect, they NEVR have leagl permission to enter properties They are charity workers, if one appears at your door, you can "remove the implied right of acces to your property", then you can have them lifted by the cops if they ever come back. More to this story , I``d bet money on it. Quote Link to post
jock meikle 2
nowt else to it rake the dogs were pets no scars or working marks on the vet report they said they were staffs Quote Link to post

Country Joe 1,411
My mate had a visit last year, someone must have reported him, He knows his rights, but had nothing to hide, could have chased them, but let them see his dogs, he had just been inspected and passed for a NGRC licence, his kennels are brand new and heated, dogs run A1 races, they had a quick look, said everything was fine, and went on their merry way. Now cannot see any organisation going into premises taking away dogs and pts and then returning leashes, they would be leaving themselves wide open. You say the dogs were thin, how thin, is thin? 1 Quote Link to post
