In Court For Spilling Coffee On A Neighbour

you shouldnt even go to court for that

He shouldnt, its a joke, but I reckon he will

thats my point i shouldnt need to see a court something so petty,

but his wife was videoing it behind the conifers apparantly but there not using that as evidence,

but also his son was taping it on his eye phone so they have the voice recording that shows where i say you hit me with the strimmer,

its over a bit of land i own but he thinks he owns neighbours who needs em,lol

This story is getting more arms and legs now eh? So if its videoed it will clearly show you accidentally spilled it on him then, or did you throw it??

Turned out he was in paying a fine he got from giving his motherinlaw verbals on Facebook lol. Now this c**ts a known liar so might be crock of shit but that's what he said.

CHEERS PEOPLE

23rd August 2013

50AC5012913/HB

Dear Sirs

NOTICE OF DISCONTINUANCE

DEFENDANT: THE MAN,LOL I MOVED MY NAME

OPERATIONAL REFERENCE NO./PTI URN: 50AC5012913

COURT AND HEARING DATE: plymouth magistrates court 2nd September, 2013

I am writing to inform you that I have today sent a notice to the Justices’ Chief Executive, under section 23 of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985, discontinuing the following charges against your client:

Common assault 17/03/2013List charges etc

The effect of this notice is that your client no longer need to attend court in respect of these charges and that any bail conditions imposed in relation to them cease to apply.

The decision to discontinue these charges has been taken because a prosecution is not needed in the public interest.

This decision has been taken on the evidence and information provided to the Crown Prosecution Service as at the date of this letter. If more significant evidence and/or information is discovered at a later date the decision to discontinue may be reconsidered.

In rare cases a decision to discontinue may be reconsidered if a new look at the decision shows that it was clearly wrong and should not be allowed to stand.

what pissed me of more is the police wanted to carry on the prosecution shows what they know, and quiet understandable why the police force is in such a mess today morally and financial,

Hi theman
I enclose a notice of discontinuance from the CPS. This is an end of the matter. Please be aware that in very rare cases the matter could be revived but this is not likely to be one of them. You can consider that the case is over.
I negotiated this over a few phone calls on between 19 and 22 August. The police were not at all happy that the matter was dropped. CPS agreed with me that it was not in the public interest to have a trial and realised that they would have difficulties getting all the paperwork to me by the trial date. A few veiled threats of wasted costs orders and they made the sensible decision.
I will make an application for a defence costs order when I get back from leave on 2 September. You will not have a bill from me although you will have to sign an authority for the costs to be paid directly to me which i will drop in to you week after next.( you can spend your money instead on a case of good French St Emillion and drop it down to me next time your in Pz, along with that venison haunch!!)
Any way. I'm going on leave to the South of France on Sunday am so won't be thinking about your case over the week. No need to be at Court on 2nd.
All the best.

Another thing is find out 100% who's land it is and if its yours get him done for trespassing

Trespass is not a crime. Civil offence only. You can only sue for damage to the property trespassed upon. No damage, no case, simply put
