Sounds like you've said to much already to me,you admitted it to not only us but to the old bill as well in your statement maybe? :hmm: so you've only yourself to blame.I know that sounds bad but it ain't ment like that but the worse thing anyone can do is admit anything and the cps is going for it because you've admitted doing it and chances are although you were only telling the truth you will get found guilty because you are  .

You sound silly where did i say i chucked it on him??? :hmm::hmm: :hmm: :hmm:

Ok i got the you chucked it on him bit wrong but you admitted it was your coffee that went from your cup to his shirt.I'd say that was silly myself  but good luck anyway mate :victory:

I agree. Recently found myself in court and the prosecution will use ANYTHING you say and take it out of context.

You've admitted to us that your coffee spilled on him!

Why not deny it at the scene? Off in the house. Wash your coffee cup and wait for the knock?

Me officer? Spilled what? Coffee?

Not at all. He must of spilled his own coffee on himself.

Wouldn't of gone any further. The guy sounds like a twat.

common assault. but they said if i plead guilty no fine no costs just bound over for 12 months i told them iam not pleading guilty to something i wasnt in the wrong with

do you really think it will go to court tell you if my neighbour hit me with his strimmer think it would have been a we bit more than a we bit of coffee man up and go out and batter f--k out of him

I watch 48 hours on the crime channel. The amount of convictions they get with lack of evidence by getting the guy to talk is unbelievable. Some of them are shit hot at it. Tough guys starting off saying nothing, crack and gibber like school girls under the pressure.

Not seen any about tipping coffee over somebody though, they usually cover a murder. :D

All murders start off somewhere, give this one time. We're just lucky were getting to see it unfold :D

you shouldnt even go to court for that

He shouldnt, its a joke, but I reckon he will

thats my point i shouldnt need to see a court something so petty,

but his wife was videoing it behind the conifers apparantly but there not using that as evidence,

but also his son was taping it on his eye phone so they have the voice recording that shows where i say you hit me with the strimmer,

its over a bit of land i own but he thinks he owns neighbours who needs em,lol

This story is getting more arms and legs now eh? So if its videoed it will clearly show you accidentally spilled it on him then, or did you throw it??
