Play them at their own game mate or stop greeting about it

common assault. but they said if i plead guilty no fine no costs just bound over for 12 months i told them iam not pleading guilty to something i wasnt in the wrong with

do you really think it will go to court tell you if my neighbour hit me with his strimmer think it would have been a we bit more than a we bit of coffee man up and go out and batter f--k out of him

Sounds like you've said to much already to me,you admitted it to not only us but to the old bill as well in your statement maybe? :hmm: so you've only yourself to blame.I know that sounds bad but it ain't ment like that but the worse thing anyone can do is admit anything and the cps is going for it because you've admitted doing it and chances are although you were only telling the truth you will get found guilty because you are  .

can i request to go to crown court?

No you can't mate. Common assault is a summary only offence and can only be dealt with in the magistrates court. Stick to your guns and bat it out. If its word on word I'm surprised you were charged.
