Astanley 11,592 Posted August 6, 2013 Report Share Posted August 6, 2013 You wont be able to represent yourself in crown court , and the price of barristers starts at about £1200 a day , If your fairly articulate and don,t want to admit guilt , then you may as well represent yourself in the magistrates , its a slap on the wrist even if you get guilty , my guess is that once he knows hes got to go to court to give evidence ,he will be a no show .
