Play them at their own game mate or stop greeting about it

common assault. but they said if i plead guilty no fine no costs just bound over for 12 months i told them iam not pleading guilty to something i wasnt in the wrong with

do you really think it will go to court tell you if my neighbour hit me with his strimmer think it would have been a we bit more than a we bit of coffee man up and go out and batter f--k out of him

stick to your plea of nt guilty, when you go to court tell them you were doing a neighbourly thing by goin over to offer him a brew and biccy. as he seen you aproaching he turned to you and you tripped and accidently spilt your drink on him. tell them your very sorry and offer to clean his shirt / top ect

Are you charging him for hitting you with the strummer?

my solicitor said i should do but i was brought up not to run to the police,

In that case listen to your solicitor, and surely since then an independant witness has come forward??????????????????

You wont be able to represent yourself in crown court , and the price of barristers starts at about £1200 a day ,

If your fairly articulate and don,t want to admit guilt , then you may as well represent yourself in the magistrates , its a slap on the wrist even if you get guilty , my guess is that once he knows hes got to go to court to give evidence ,he will be a no show . ATB
