Take it to a dive shop they will sell you everything you need and fit it , thats what i did £35

Have a look at best fittings, they do a load of stuff including gauges and connector blocks etc.

according to the test label mate its 11 years out of date!! No dive shop will touch it nless theres another sticker on it somewhere else.

 

other wise you will need a full hydro test doing.

Depends Bud! If your gun has a pressure gauge then you can get away with just a whip but that way you are relying on your rifles pressure gauge to tell you if the fill pressure is OK/ Hmm, you pays your money and its all down to you.
