zini 1,939
Yeah I know your right Davy . HFT is a big game really and being good at it depends on how well you can range estimate as well as sometimes shoot in the wind from a awkward stretched out body position. In reality you would not opt to ever take a shot on vermin with a scope that's badly parallaxed and out of focus, with a none accurate known range, especially in .22, and from a position where your not comfy and your body is stretched to the max. mole trapper 1,693
Bought one of these yesterday as I had heard mainly good things about them, got a .22 overall very pleased with how the afternoon getting to know it went, bit more pellet fussy than I was expecting. Went with ftt,s in the end as they were doing 10mm groups at 30mts or smaller every time which gave me enough confidence in it to take it out on a paid job. First shot 26mts straight between the eyes, literally knocked the rabbit over backyard! Went on like that till it got dark, then I changed over to the ultra because it has the n550 on board. Very pleased with the 100, especially in the .22,maybe loopy trajectory but it nails them to the deck. Think I will take it again tonight and every night till the fourteenth when I finish this months rabbit nights. Quote Link to post
