My oldest is 7/8, albino jill.. She's been a good worker but she's looking a bit rough round the edges now, think she's blind in one eye.. Nailed me a few months back when I was feeding them! She let go once she realised it was my hand and not dinner, her bloody teeth are still sharp!

Had a one eyed jill, demon worker and played like a kitten, she passed away in 1999 aged 13...........

A friend of mine had a jill it was 9 years old. Was a family pet until it was 3 and spend the other 6 as a worker and could work with the best of them.. Just goes to show its in them, her also took 2 litters from her

I had an albino hob that lived until about 13.

Some people think albinos generally have poorer eyesight, not totally blind though haha. All ferrets have poor eyesight unless up close.

A bloke who pops on here now and then goes by the name' Archie' has a little white Jill that's older than 'master yoda' lol. I no he was still working it last year. He might pop on and see this and let us know but it's defo older than mine. He'll have a breakdown when she goes he thinks more of that ferret then his missis ;-)

albinos arnt blind FFS they just see things through rose tinted glasses
